Appointment Cancelation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on weekday appointments and 48 hours on Saturday appointments. Cancelations or changes with less than 24 hours notice for weekday appointments and 48 hours notice on Saturday appointments will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services. Clients with must multiple services booked any day of the week must cancel 48 hours prior to first scheduled service to avoid a cancelation fee.

Please Note: That rescheduling an appointment within 24 or 48 hours of a booked appointment does not waive the cancellation fee. We have reserved this time for you and if we are unable to fill the appointment our cancellation fee will be charged.

No show appointments will be charged the full amount of all scheduled services.

Cancelation Policy Definitions:

All clients are required to give at least 24 hours advanced notice when cancelling any appointment to avoid a 50% cancelation fee, 48 hours is required for Saturday appointments or any combination of more than one appointment booked for the same day (ex. a massage and facial, two facials, two massages or any combination of services book for a single or multiple clients together as a group under a single profile or multiple together)

A missed appointment is defined as any appointment for which a client does not arrive for as scheduled ("no show"), or is cancelled without a minimum of 24 hours notice , 48 hours for multiple appointments or Saturday appointments.(same day cancellation).

Failure to give notice by giving no notice at all ("No Show") will result in a penalty of 100% of the booked services charged to the card on file.

Clients with an outstanding balance of missed appointment fees will NOT be allowed to schedule another appointment until the balance is paid in full.

This policy is in place to protect our staff, as they are paid by the services they provide, when an appointment is canceled or a no show occurs and they do not have ample time to rebook another client, they are not paid. This creates a hardship for them and as such we have to ensure that they have every opportunity to avoid that loss.

We will make every attempt to rebook the canceled appointments, if we are able to fill a canceled appointment- we will refund the cancellation charge. Therefore the more notice we have the better our chances are of filling the spot.
